With the CATA EMPIRE KD 319060 chimney hood, you can rid your kitchen of steam and cooking odours in an instant. This wall-mounted hood is 60cm wide and features 3 extraction speeds and a low noise level of 51–61dB. The hood's motors are equipped with thermal fuses that prevent overheating. If the temperature gets too high, the motors switch off and turn back on once they have cooled down. The maximum extraction rate of the hood is 405m³/h. The control panel features mechanical buttons for adjusting the speed and switching on the LED lighting. Inside the hood, you will find metal grease filters that are easy to clean in the dishwasher. You can choose whether the CATA EMPIRE hood operates in extraction or recirculation mode. The angled design creates more space for manoeuvring above the hob, allowing the hood to be placed lower than conventional designs. An angled hood can be installed 10–15cm lower than hoods with a flat bottom.
