The extraction units of the white EMPIRE VD 202050 cooker hood have an individually balanced turbine. The motors are equipped with resettable thermal fuses (they switch off when the motor is overloaded and switch on again after it cools down). The metal sandwich grease filters are dishwasher-safe. It offers the option of both extraction and recirculation modes. In recirculation mode, the hood is fitted with a carbon odour filter. The filtered air is ducted out of the hood in a similar way to the extraction mode, using a pipe that runs through the entire cabinet. However, the pipe does not lead into the wall with an elbow joint, but rather above the cabinet, where it is recommended to finish it with a grille.
