Czech Post - Parcel Delivery To Hand

The Czech Post will usually deliver your order within 24 hours from the handover to the carrier. Below you will find more detailed information regarding this goods delivery option.

• Delivery days: working days
  • The order can be delivered by the Czech Post carrier even on Saturdays and Sundays within the most optimal delivery option.
• Delivery time: usually within 24 hours (after order confirmation)
  • Applies if you order by 18:00 on the day before * and if all items in your order are in stock
• Delivery time: 8:00 - 16:00 (in selected locations until 20:00)
• You can use the Czech Post web form to change the layout of your shipment, such as:
  • morning parcel delivery
  • storing at the post office without attempting delivery
  • storing the shipment at a different post office
  • changing the first delivery attempt by one working day

The precise selection of a delivery time is unfortunately impossible. On the delivery day, you will be contacted by SMS about a more accurate delivery time. If you are not reached by the carrier, you will receive a paper note to your mailbox about the nearest post office is your shipment stored at.

Beware, if you do not collect the goods within 7 calendar days, they will be automatically sent back.
