Czech Post - Parcel Delivery To Post Office or Balikovna

Czech Post will typically deliver your parcel within 24 hours of handing it over for dispatch to your chosen Czech Post office or Balikovna point. Please see below for more detailed information regarding this delivery option for your consignments.

• Delivery coverage: more than 2700 Czech Post offices and 5300 Balikovna points all over the Czech Republic
• Delivery days: working days
• Delivery time: usually within 24 hours (after confirmation that your consignment has been shipped)
  • Applies if you ordered by 18:00 on the day before* and if all the items in your order are in stock
• With Czech Post, you can use the web form to change the arrangements for your consignment, such as:
  • morning consignment delivery
  • parcel delivery to a different post office than originally specified

Balikovna

• If you choose delivery to Balikovna, you can then take advantage of the fast service at the specialised post office counters. Simply select the service on the call-out system and you will be called to the counter as soon as possible.
  • To pick up your consignment at a Balikovna point, simply provide the name and the parcel pick-up code you received. You do not need to show your ID for these consignments, so you can let another person collect it for you.

Pick up your parcel at the post office without extra wait

• Just show the code you have received by email or a text message to collect your consignment.
• No ID required - anyone can pick up the parcel after providing the right code.

On the day your parcel arrives at the post office, you will be informed by a text message about your pick-up options.

Please note that if you do not collect your consignment within 7 calendar days, it will be shipped back automatically.

*Orders received on weekends and public holidays are handed over for transport the next business day and delivered the next business day after that
