Mojo 2 is the second version of the famous pocket-sized D/A converter and headphone amplifier from the British company Chord, bringing a number of technological improvements, including longer battery life. The converter uses a redesigned FPGA processor with higher resolution and performance, which processes the digital signal with extraordinary precision, ensuring the most faithful sound reproduction possible. The sound quality is also enhanced by the lossless 'Ultra HD' DSP technology, which allows you to tailor the sound to your headphone type, music genre, or personal preferences. There is also an advanced equaliser for fine-tuning the bass, midrange, and treble. The amplifier offers five digital inputs (coaxial, dual-data coaxial, optical, Micro-USB, and USB-C) and two standard headphone outputs (3.5mm and 4.4mm jack). The Mojo 2 amplifier is also ready for wireless playback – just add the Chord Poly module, which combines wireless music streaming via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with the ability to play files from Micro SD cards.

Advanced digital signal processing
The compact and easily portable Chord Mojo 2 pocket amplifier is designed for audiophiles who want to enjoy their favourite music in high quality and with maximum detail. The device is compatible with LPCM audio at resolutions up to 768kHz and the DSD codec (up to DSD256). The improved WTA filtering, which uses 40 DSP cores, ensures more accurate sound signal reconstruction with greater transparency and a very low noise level. The new DSP cross-feed function enriches headphone listening with spatial effects that simulate listening on speakers. All DAC processes and functions are performed by custom-made components, not off-the-shelf parts.
Mojo 2 has a compact and precisely crafted body
The Mojo 2 amplifier is crafted with typical British precision from CNC-milled, aircraft-grade aluminium with a matte black anodised finish that gives the device an elegant look. Thanks to its low weight and compact dimensions, the amplifier fits easily into a pocket, backpack, or bag, making it ideal for travel and everyday carrying. On the front of the amplifier are the typical polycarbonate light-up 'orbs', which serve as buttons for volume, power, and menu control (EQ settings). The buttons change colour as you select options from the menu.
Powerful battery with up to 8 hours of life
The Chord Mojo 2 headphone amplifier features an improved battery that boasts a 75% lower self-discharge rate and 9% more capacity than the previous model. On a single charge, you can use the amplifier continuously for up to 8 hours. It also includes an intelligent function that protects the battery from overcharging if it is permanently connected to a charger. You can check the charge status at any time via a polychromatic LED indicator. The included USB-C cable is used to charge the battery.
