Errors in Price and Availability Imports

If you are not seeing your products on the Alza.cz website, first check the most common reasons why this might be happening.


How to fix errors in the import of prices and availability

Error message: The product needs to be listed. If you have already listed it, contact Alza Trade support.

There may be several causes of this error. First, check if you have already had the product listed and the corresponding listing request has been approved. If the product has been listed and this message still appears, then there was probably an error during the listing process. You need to contact Alza Trade support to have this product reviewed. Provide the listing request ID.




Error message: EAN and SKU bindings are not unique. Contact Alza Trade support.

Check your feed to see if you have accidentally swapped EAN codes and SKUs for some products. For example, you have a product "A" with EAN 1 and SKU 1, and product "B" with EAN 2 and SKU 2. In your feed, you may be mistakenly sending EAN 1 with SKU 2 and EAN 2 with SKU 1.

 

Other errors you may encounter

  • Unknown error. → Contact Alza Trade support.
  • EAN is registered with a different SKU. → Update the SKU in the feed or update the SKU in the listing table.
  • The same EAN appears multiple times in the feed. → Remove duplicates from the feed.
  • The feed does not contain a SKU for the product. → Add a unique SKU to all products in the feed.
  • The same SKU appears multiple times in the feed. → Remove duplicates from the feed.
  • The SKU value is more than 50 characters long. → Modify the SKU in the feed or update it in the listing table.
  • The EAN value is more than 20 characters long. → Modify the EAN in the feed or update it in the listing table.
  • You cannot reuse previously used SKUs. → Choose a new SKU.
  • The price is not filled in or the decimal separator is incorrect. → Check the feed for errors.
  • Stock quantity is not an integer. → Remove decimal places from the feed.
  • EAN must not contain spaces. → Update the EAN in the feed.
  • SKU must not contain spaces. → Update the SKU in the feed.
  • VAT is not filled in or the decimal point separator is incorrect. → Check the feed for errors.
  • Copyright fee is not filled in or the decimal point separator is incorrect. → Check the feed for errors.
  • Recycling fee is not filled in or the decimal point separator is incorrect. → Check the feed for errors.
  • VAT value is outside the allowed range of 0 - 50. → Update the feed.
  • The product does not have an EAN filled in the feed. → Add it to the feed.
  • The product name in the feed has more than 250 characters. → Update the feed.
