Melatonin is a substance natural to the body that influences circadian rhythms. Its level in the blood normally increases after dark and peaks in the middle of the night. Lemon balm contributes to a positive mood and, along with passion flower, promotes relaxation and sleep. Vitamin B6 supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduces the rate of fatigue and exhaustion.
Ingredients
Sweetener: xylitol; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis 10:1); passion flower extract (Passiflora incarnata 5:1); colouring: beetroot; cherry flavouring; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); melatonin.
Recommended dosage
1 lozenge daily before bedtime. Place in the mouth and allow to dissolve freely.
