Combekk Ceramic pan 24 cm (211124)

The COMBEKK 211124 ceramic frying pan is very lightweight and made of recycled aluminium with an attractive black design. The professional ceramic coating gives the pan a perfect and stick-resistant surface for easy cooking. The finish is PFAS and BPA free. The pan is ideal for preparing pancakes, eggs and any food that might stick to the bottom of the pan. The fixed edges allow for smooth serving of prepared dishes. The 24 cm diameter frying pan is suitable for frying pancakes, eggs or fish specialties. The ALU-Y ceramic pan is made of at least 70% recycled aluminium, the handle is very comfortable, made of 100% recycled Bakelite. The strong surface finish guarantees exceptional durability. It is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction.

Cooking

A small amount of butter or oil is sufficient to prevent the food from sticking to the pan. It is recommended not to use non-stick cooking sprays or extra virgin olive oils as they can lead to residue build-up and the added ingredients could damage the pan. When cooking, it is best to use utensils made of wood, silicone and plastic. Nylon spoons and squeegees are a good choice.

Cleaning:
Allow the pan to cool completely before washing. Extreme temperature changes, such as putting a hot pan directly into cold water, can damage the non-stick surface and the pan may even crack. After cooling, you can wash the pan by hand using a soft sponge or brush and dishwashing liquid.
Storage:
Always use a COMBEKK pan protector to safely store the pan. Especially for pans that have a non-stick surface. Avoid stacking pans without a protective pad. Always use a pan guard or hang the pan on a hook in the kitchen.
