How to create a vacuum seal
1. Close the container with the silicone-sealed lid.
2. Place the pump onto the sealing valve and pump out the air.
3. Your food is now ready for storage.
4. To open, press the valve to release the air.
5. Unfasten the clips and remove the lid.
