Preparation and dosage
Mix 1 scoop (17.5g) in a shaker with 300–500ml of water. Can be taken on an empty stomach or with food, according to personal preference.
We recommend exercising caution during preparation and consumption. The product contains curcumin, one of its active ingredients, which is also a strong natural dye. It can therefore significantly stain clothing or fabrics upon contact.
The package contains 30 servings (525g). A scoop is included in the package.
