Why take Compliflora Immuno Complex?
Live lactic acid bacteria colonise the small and large intestine. Vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. The natural balance of the gut microbiome can be disrupted by the use of antibiotics. To promote its recovery, it is advisable to start taking symbiotics at the beginning of antibiotic treatment and continue taking them even after the antibiotic treatment has ended. A gap of at least two hours is recommended between taking the antibiotic and the symbiotic.
Ingredients
Inulin; filler (capsule shell) - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; microencapsulated strains of lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus plantarum LP01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR05, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis BS01 (vitamin D; zinc); stabilizer - gellan gum (capsule packaging); anti-caking agents - magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day. It is recommended to take with food and with water.
