Natural Material and Proper Maintenance
The Continenta salad servers are made of olive wood, a 100% natural material. They have an oiled finish from the factory, which protects the wood from moisture and normal wear and tear. For regular cleaning, just wipe the servers with a damp cloth. To keep the wood's properties and appearance, the manufacturer recommends occasionally wiping the surface with a standard vegetable oil. This will prolong the life of the servers and help to preserve their natural texture.
Not suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
