The core of the Korfu mattress from Czech manufacturer Dřevočal is made from a combination of two MediFoam elastic foam boards with different firmness levels (35kg/m³ and 32kg/m³). The centre of the core features transverse air channels, which ensure the mattress is well-ventilated. The support layers on both sides are made from cold foam infused with castor oil, in varying degrees of firmness. The layers are shaped into seven zones of massage nodules. The turquoise MediFoam foam (35kg/m³) is shaped into massage nodules and has a firmness of no. 2. The lime green antibacterial foam (40kg/m³) is also shaped into nodules and has an antibacterial effect, making it suitable for allergy sufferers, with a firmness of no. 3. The mattress height is approximately 19cm and it has a weight capacity of 125kg. The mattress is suitable for placement on a fixed or adjustable slatted bed base. The high-quality cover contains extract from the well-known plant Aloe Vera Barbadensis, a member of the lily family. It has a positive effect on human skin and provides an antibacterial action. The cover is washable at 60°C.
