iCUE LINK ecosystem
Connecting fans within the iCUE LINK platform is done using a single type of cable that transmits power as well as data for lighting and speed control. This approach reduces the number of cables in the case and speeds up the overall installation. The Corsair iCUE software then serves to centrally manage all connected components, including setting lighting effects and fan speed curves.
Fan lighting and construction
The fan contains two separate light loops with addressable RGB LEDs. The iCUE software provides access to the exclusive Time Warp lighting mode, which creates the illusion of the blades standing still or spinning backwards. Its design, featuring a Magnetic Dome bearing, reduces friction between moving parts and contributes to quiet operation.
