Fungal diseases, so-called. dermatomycosis, can occur in skin folds and other areas where the skin easily becomes inflamed (e.g. between the toes and in the groin area). Ingredients of Cotylena 10 mg cream
The active substance is clotrimazolum 10 mg in 1 g of cream.
Dosage and method of use
For skin yeast infections, the cream is applied 2-3 times a day to the affected areas in a thin layer, usually for 1-4 weeks depending on the type of disease. For inflammation of the external genitalia in women and inflammation of the glans penis in men, the cream is applied 2-3 times a day to the affected areas in a thin layer for 1-2 weeks. Do not use for more than 4 weeks without consulting your doctor.
Contraindications
The product can also be used in children from 2 years of age or adolescents. However, consult a physician before use in children or adolescents. For precautionary reasons, use Cotylena in pregnancy, especially in the first three months of pregnancy, only on the advice of a doctor. To avoid excretion of the drug into breast milk, Cotylena should not be applied to the breast if you are breastfeeding. This medicine contains cetylstearyl alcohol. May cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis). Contains benzyl alcohol - may cause allergic reaction or mild local irritation. "
Storage
Keep out of sight and reach of children. This product does not require any special storage conditions. Do not use Cotylena Cream after the expiry date stated on the tube and box after "Use by:". The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
