A high quality Italian blend that combines the elegance of Arabica with the character of Robusta. It contains 75% selected Arabica beans from Central and South America, which give the coffee its smoothness, aroma and slightly floral notes. The remaining 25% of Robusta sourced from Asia enriches the flavour with full body and intensity, giving the coffee a longer aftertaste and creamy texture. The result is a coffee with a balanced flavour profile -the delicate sweetness and floral aroma of Arabica combines with the strength of Robusta, which gives the drink a stronger and more distinctive aftertaste. This produces an espresso with a thick crema and a stable character that can be enjoyed on its own or in combination with milk.
