High-Resolution Image
The core of the imaging system is a sensitive 1/2.7" 4.0 Megapixel PS CMOS sensor, which captures video at a maximum resolution of 2688×1520px at a frame rate of 20 frames per second. The fixed lens with a 3.6mm focal length and F1.4 aperture provides a stable horizontal viewing angle of 84°. Effective video compression using modern H.265, H.264+, H.264 and MJPEG codecs significantly reduces the demands on data storage capacity and the load on the network infrastructure. Four independent data streams allow you to optimise image transmission for different client devices and network conditions.
Dual Night Vision, Advanced AI Functions and Detection
The camera uses dual illumination technology for reliable surveillance in any lighting conditions. The classic infrared light with an ICR filter reaches a distance of 50m for discreet black-and-white recording in the dark. If required, a white LED light with a range of up to 30m can be activated, which illuminates the scene and takes colour footage. Sensitive Starlight technology maintains a colour image even in minimal ambient light without the need to activate the auxiliary illuminator. Integrated intelligence analyses the captured scene in real time and filters out false alarms. The system supports advanced event detection, including crossing a marked line, intrusion into a guarded area, or recognition of cars and people. The user can set up to four ROI (Regions of Interest) to prioritise capturing details in key parts of the shot. In the event of a perimeter breach, the camera immediately sends notifications to your email or mobile phone.
Two-Way Audio and Acoustic Alarm
The device includes an integrated microphone for clear audio recording around the monitored location. For full two-way communication, there is one audio input and one audio output, which allow you to connect an external speaker. The camera also supports intelligent audio detection, which reacts to unusual sounds in the vicinity and immediately triggers defined alarm actions via the built-in alarm interface.
Recording Storage Options, Connectivity and Applications
The camera allows you to store recordings locally thanks to the built-in MicroSD memory card slot with a maximum capacity of up to 512GB. For more robust camera systems, storage on network video recorders (NVRs) or network-attached storage (NAS) via SFTP and NFS protocols is available. Data is stored in various modes, including continuous 24/7 recording, a scheduled scheme, or recording triggered exclusively by motion detection. Network connectivity is provided by a reliable wired RJ-45 Ethernet interface with support for PoE power according to the 802.3af standard. The CMOB mobile app for Android and iOS operating systems offers remote access to live video and archives, while the KVMS PRO Lite software is used for management from a Windows computer.
