The CS KOCHSYSTEME PURE aluminium frying pan has a 28cm diameter and is suitable for all types of hobs. Its forged body ensures fast and even heat distribution, while the three-layer ceramic non-stick surface lets you cook with a minimal amount of fat. The pan can also be used in the oven at up to 180°C. To prolong the life of the non-stick surface, we recommend using wooden or silicone utensils.

PURE frying pan materials and design
The pan's body is made from forged aluminium, complemented by a 3mm-thick sandwich base. This combination of materials promotes efficient heat transfer, especially on induction hobs. It features a plastic handle with a wood-effect finish. Its surface is treated with silicone oil, which provides a soft grip. Although the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing will extend the life of the non-stick surface.
