CyberPower BR700ELCD

The CyberPower BR700ELCD UPS with line-interactive topology provides an apparent power of 700VA and a real power of 420W to supply computers and other electronics. To reduce energy costs, it uses the patented GreenPower UPS technology, which improves operational efficiency and reduces heat loss. Integrated Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) stabilises the output voltage, protecting connected devices from mains fluctuations without switching to battery power. At full load, it powers connected devices for 1.5 minutes; at half load, this time extends to 6 minutes.

Performance and protection

The UPS operates with line-interactive topology. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) with single boost and single buck maintains a stable output voltage of 230V AC ± 10% for input values ranging from 167 to 295V AC. This protects connected devices from mains fluctuations without unnecessarily switching to battery power. The transfer time to battery mode is 4ms. Inside, there is a battery that can be replaced by a qualified person when needed. A full recharge takes approximately 8 hours. The cold start function allows the UPS to start up and power appliances even without an input mains supply. Surge protection rated at 150J protects the connected electronics from damage, complemented by an EMI and RFI filter to suppress high-frequency and electromagnetic interference.

Connectivity and sockets

For management, you can use the PowerPanel Personal software, which communicates with your computer via a USB port. The application provides information on battery status and load, and lets you set up an automatic system shutdown. The integrated, clear LCD display shows key operational statuses such as power, battery, and load conditions, or any warnings, without needing a PC connection. Input power is supplied via a cable with a Schuko plug. On the output, you will find a total of eight Schuko sockets. Four of them provide full battery backup and surge protection, while the remaining four sockets offer surge protection only for less critical devices. The unit also includes two USB ports, USB-A and USB-C, with a total output of 5V / 2.1A for charging mobile devices, and RJ11/RJ45 ports to protect a telephone or network line.
