The de Buyer CERANOA aluminium frying pan is used for preparing pancakes and has a diameter of 30cm. Its ceramic non-stick surface is PFAS-free and allows for frying with minimal fat. The body is made from recycled aluminium, which distributes heat evenly across the entire base. The low sides make it easy to flip and handle the thin batter.

Aluminium Body and Ceramic Surface

The body of the pan is made from thick, forged aluminium, which heats up quickly and evenly across its entire surface. This ensures pancakes cook consistently with a reduced risk of burning on hot spots. The material is also resistant to deformation during use. Both the interior and exterior are coated with a ceramic surface that contains no PFAS compounds. Its smooth texture reduces the need for fat and makes cleaning significantly easier afterwards.

For Use on All Hob Types

The pan works on all common hob types and is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cookers. The thick base transfers heat well and supports a quick response to changes in power. Food preparation is not limited to the hob, as the pan is oven-safe up to 200°C.

Designed for Easy Handling

The low, slightly flared sides of the pan make it easy to flip pancakes and slide them onto a plate. The steel handle, attached to the body with rivets, is used for grip. Its ergonomic design is curved in the French style and allows for a balanced hold when handling.
