The de Buyer Choc B BOIS 8785.26 pancake pan with a non-stick surface is made of 4mm forged aluminum that is resistant to deformation. The base made of ferritic stainless steel AISI 430 is induction compatible. The pan is equipped with an ultra-durable and reinforced black textured inner and outer coating of the latest generation and is extremely resistant to abrasion and high temperatures. It offers optimal glide and, thanks to the riveted, French-style curved handle, safe, ergonomic and easy handling. The black steel handle is decorated with two plates of Vosges beech wood, with a beeswax finish, which protect against heat and make it easier to grip.
