The rounded shape of the de Buyer cake tin with a non-stick surface is ideal for making cakes, puddings or other desserts. The multifunctional form has a detachable side component for easy removal of the finished cake. For baking, there is a classic flat base, and also a base with a hole for preparing savarin-style cakes. The form evenly distributes heat and resists high temperatures. The Teflon layer protects the steel from oxidation and facilitates cleaning. This cake tin can be used in traditional ovens (max. 220°C), and is not suitable for microwaves. Handwashing is recommended. 

Tip: Please wash before using for the first time. Do not use metal utensils.
