The DESIGNO Smart Home M2E Tuya WiFi thermostat in white lets you set the sauna temperature directly on the display or from your phone. To regulate temperatures up to 95°C, you must increase the upper temperature limit in the advanced menu and select measurement and regulation using the external wired sensor. The factory setting range is 5–35°C. The sauna heater is switched via an external contactor, which is controlled by the thermostat. The thermostat manages the temperature, while the contactor handles the power switching for the heater. The selection and electrical connection of the contactor must be carried out by a qualified electrician according to the heater's power output and the sauna's documentation. The 16A / 3600W rating refers to the thermostat's contact load.

Control from your phone
In the Smart Life or Tuya app, you can adjust the desired temperature remotely via WiFi. The app's interface lets you switch between automatic and manual modes and set a schedule. If you want to grant access to other members of your household, you can share the device with them. This puts the controls right at your fingertips on your phone, so you can adapt them to your current plans.
A weekly programme to suit your routine
Schedule up to six temperature changes throughout the day. The week can be divided into weekdays and the weekend, six days and one separate day, or you can use a seven-day mode. The set programme repeats every week. For one-off adjustments, use the temporary manual mode, which will revert to the programme at the next scheduled change.
Temperature overview and control lock
The display shows the temperature in 0.1°C increments, giving you an overview of even minor changes in the measured value. You can adjust the settings directly on the thermostat. The child lock disables the controls and helps prevent unwanted changes to the desired temperature or selected mode.
Thermostat outside the sauna, sensor inside
The thermostat with the display is mounted in a flush-mounted box outside the sauna. Only the external wired NTC 10kΩ sensor, which is included in the package, is placed inside the sauna. Regulation is based on the temperature measured by this sensor, so the setting corresponds to the measurement taken directly in the sauna.
