Máte li 0,75 dioptrie na blízko, použít takové brýle můžete. Nicméně vyberte variantu s nižší možností dioptrie, tedy 0,5. V případě, že byste si si vybral/a vyšší diotrie, mohl/a byste si poškodit zrak.
