Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tuto tiskárnu. Po 40 tisících stranách se objevil na výtiscích dvojitý text. Výměna toneru nepomohla. Jak prosím dále postupovat? Nikde jsem nenašel ke koupi náhradní válec nebo zapékací jednotku.
