Destilerka Distillery Gift Box

The unique and unmistakable flavour of the ancient regional Durancie plum variety – its gently sweet taste with a wonderful almond note is a true gem among spirits. A labour of love originating directly from our own orchards in the foothills of the White Carpathians, resulting in this exceptional spirit. BOHEMICA slivovice – it's incredible how important it is to let a fruit brandy rest after distillation. The first thing that hits you is the distinct aroma of plum jam – intense, pleasant, and irresistible. It instantly awakens the taste buds and leaves you eager for the first sip. And then? The moment arrives – a delicate, slightly sweet taste with a long, warming finish that runs through your body like a shiver of delight. Galli slivovice is a pleasant fruit spirit made mainly from the Top Taste and Čačanská Lepotice varieties. The aroma is pleasantly aromatic of plums, without overpowering the classic 50% strength of the alcohol. The flavour is superb, developing a gentle sweetness that fills the mouth and provides a pleasant caress. The fermentation without stones is very noticeable, reducing tannins and allowing the delicacy and sweetness to shine through.
