Suitable for people with a BMI of 25 and above. When taking it, it is advisable to include a moderate low-calorie diet with a reduced fat content.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule 2 times a day. 1 capsule before breakfast on an empty stomach about 30 min. Take another capsule at least 8 hours apart. Before sports activity about 30 min. Hourly. Maximum daily dose 2 capsules. Wash it down with a glass of water. Do not take for more than 3 months continuously. Pause between further use 1 month.
