Upon a replacement request, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to the existing unit in terms of performance and reliability. DJI Care Refresh applies to the model body, hanger, camera, battery and propeller. If you apply for the service in the same country where you purchased DJI Care Refresh, you will not pay for the shipping. Activation and application of DJI Care Refresh requires direct communication between the customer and DJI in English.
