DOCHTMANN Grilling and baking mat 40 × 30 cm

The DOCHTMANN grill and baking mat can be used on the grill or for baking in the oven. It is made of PTFE-coated fibreglass, which means it withstands temperatures up to 250°C. The mat provides a protective layer between your food and the grill rack or baking tray, preventing food from burning and making cleaning up easier. It is suitable for preparing meat, vegetables, fish, cakes and biscuits. You can also use it for smaller food items, as it stops them from falling through the rack. The DOCHTMANN grill and baking mat is reusable.
