Dogtrace DOG GPS X40T Training Collar with GPS

The Dogtrace DOG GPS X40T GPS collar is a combination of a dog locator and a training tool. It lets you track your dog's position and use training functions such as an electrostatic impulse, vibration or sound signal. By communicating via radio waves, the device works even in areas with no mobile signal and has a transmitter range of up to 20 kilometres in open terrain. The construction of both the collar and the transmitter is fully waterproof and shockproof, ensuring reliability even in demanding conditions.

Precise localisation and map functions

The device uses radio frequency for communication between the transmitter and receiver, which provides a reliable signal transmission independent of mobile operators. In the Dogtrace GPS 2 mobile app, available for Android and iOS, you can track your dog's movement on a map. The app supports both online and offline maps, which you'll appreciate in places without an internet connection. Features include setting up a virtual fence (circular fence or geo-fence) that alerts you if your dog leaves the defined area. The system is also compatible with smartwatches.

Versatile training tools

The collar has tools for training and controlling your dog. In addition to a sound and vibration signal, you also have an electrostatic impulse, the intensity of which can be set across 15 levels. An integrated motion sensor lets you know whether the dog is running or standing still. Another function is bark detection with adjustable sensitivity. A special feature is the ability to listen live to sounds from the dog's surroundings directly through your receiver. A light signal provides better visibility at dusk or in the dark.

Durable construction and reliable power

Both the transmitter and receiver are made from durable plastic and designed to withstand demanding field conditions. The devices are shockproof and fully waterproof with an IP69 rating, which also provides protection against high-pressure water jets. Power is supplied by built-in rechargeable batteries. The battery in the transmitter lasts for up to 1.85 days, while the receiver can operate for up to 2.08 days. Both units are recharged using the included USB cable.
