Recommended dosage
Adults:
1 teaspoon (2 g) daily on an empty stomach or between meals.
Children:
From 3 years of age, half the amount.
Recommendations
It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children! Once opened, use within 90 days. The granulate contains natural ingredients that can have a variety of colours.
