Cherry Plum restores the qualities of balance, composure and positive mental control. The negative Cherry Plum state can be very extreme and unpleasant, where the personality experiences strong and irrational fears. Those who need this remedy often feel that they are losing control of their mind, going crazy, or perhaps experiencing a breakdown. They may be irritable, tense, want to scream or fear they might be unusually violent, either towards themselves or others. In an extreme state, they may have wide, staring eyes and be unable to stop themselves from saying or doing things that are completely out of character. Many women experience variations of these irrational feelings associated with their monthly cycle. In all these situations, Cherry Plum brings calm, rationality, and peace.
Ingredients
Flower macerate of Prunus cerasifera 0.2%, alcohol 27%, water.
Recommended Dosage
Take 4 drops 4× a day. Mix with water or drop directly onto the tongue. If necessary, repeat more often throughout the day.
