Ingredients
Alcohol, Chicory (Cichorium intybus).
Recommended Dosage
Take 2 drops of Bach flower remedies in any liquid. If using multiple essences, add 2 drops of each essence to the liquid. You can drink it all at once or sip it throughout the day. If necessary, it can be dropped directly onto the tongue. You can also use a mixing bottle. It is recommended to mix a maximum of 7 essences, with two drops of each.
