Elm is suitable for situations when these capable people suddenly feel that they are not up to their tasks or responsibilities, that they cannot cope with daily life, or that it is simply consuming them. This is often caused by taking on too much work without paying attention to their own health. Eventually, this leads to a depressive state and a feeling of exhaustion, combined with temporary doubts about their self-worth. Even a short-term doubt about one's own abilities leads to feelings of weakness and incompetence. The positive potential is the restoration of faith in one's own abilities and a return to normal performance and self-confidence. Problems are seen in their proper perspective again, and the person takes on only as many tasks as they can handle, while also leaving time to attend to their own needs.
Ingredients
Elm flower macerate (Ulmus procera) 0.2%, alcohol 27%, water.
Recommended Dosage
Take 4 drops, 4× a day. Mix with water or drop directly onto the tongue. If necessary, repeat more often throughout the day.
