Maltoferrochin® is a malt wine that contains iron and extract from the bark of the tropical Quinine tree. Iron contributes to the production of red blood cells (hemoglobin, for optimal oxygen transfer in the body), to better immune system function, to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion and is involved in the process of cell division and many other important functions for the body. Maltoferrochin® has been produced for more than 117 years according to the original recipe and aged in classic oak barrels. The original recipe of Maltoferroquin was developed by the founders of the company, the Svatka brothers, as early as 1897. At that time, their Prague factory was called the First Fermentation and Cellars of Malton Wines Prague Smichov. Traditional malt wines are still produced in their original premises and cellars today.
