Rocking and tilting function
The backrest and seat tilt backwards and forwards together. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control it using the lever on the right side; simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. To stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in, and the rocking will stop. The rocking mode is ideal for when you want to rest, unwind and relax. The backrest reclines between 90–135 degrees and is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Some gaming chairs can recline up to 180 degrees, but this is not recommended for safety reasons, as it poses a risk of the user tipping over backwards with the chair. Set it to 90° for work and 135° for relaxation.
Rocking stiffness and height adjustment
Adjust the stiffness according to your weight. If you are lighter, loosen the stiffness; if you are heavier, tighten it. This is controlled by a rotary knob under the seat. Adjust the height according to your own height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor for most of the time, with your knees bent at a 90–120 degree angle to allow the lymphatic system to flow freely and prevent your legs from swelling. This is controlled by the lever on the right side.

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the lower part of the individual arms are intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the piston opening, having first primed it. Mount the mechanism onto the bottom of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easy to handle, preferably on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests onto the bottom of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have sufficiently tightened all the screws. Done, you can now take a seat.
