Rocking and tilt function
The backrest tilts backwards and forwards together with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. You can control it with the lever on the right-hand side; just pull it out to the side to activate the function. When you want to stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in and the rocking will stop. The rocking mode is ideal for when you want to rest, unwind and relax. The backrest angle can be adjusted between 90–135 degrees using the lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Some gaming chairs can recline to 180 degrees, but this is not recommended for safety reasons as there is a risk of the user tipping the chair over backwards. Set it to 90° for work and 135° for relaxation.
Rocking stiffness and height adjustment
You can adjust it according to your weight. If you are lighter, loosen the stiffness; if you are heavier, tighten it. This is controlled by a rotary knob under the seat. You can adjust the height according to your height and leg length. It is ideal to keep your feet flat on the floor most of the time, bent at a 90–120 degree angle, to allow the lymphatic system to flow freely and prevent your legs from swelling. This is controlled by the lever on the right-hand side.

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the bottom of each arm are intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the hole for the piston, after activating it first. Mount the mechanism to the bottom of the seat (place the seat upside down so that it is easy to handle, preferably on a pad or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests to the bottom of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have tightened all the screws sufficiently. Done, you can now sit down.
