Adjust them for height, at a 15° angle, and for depth (forwards / backwards). TILT rocking mechanism

The backrest tilts backwards and forwards together with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control it with the lever on the right side; simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. If you want to stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in, and the rocking will stop. The rocking tension, or the force of the rocking motion, is adjusted according to your weight. Control this with the rotary knob under the seat. The backrest recline, ranging from 90–135 degrees, is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Use 90° for work and 135° for relaxation. The height adjustment depends on your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor most of the time, with your knees bent at a 90–120 degree angle. Control this with the lever on the right side.

Chair and seat height – gently press the lever down
Rocking – pull the lever out to the side; to stop rocking, push it back in (locks in the basic position)

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the lower part of each arm are intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the piston hole, after having moved it a little first. Mount the mechanism to the underside of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easier to handle, preferably on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests to the underside of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have sufficiently tightened all the screws. Done, you can now take a seat.
