Control them using the buttons on the outside of the armrests and then by moving the pads themselves. Adjust them for height, angle (15°), and depth (forwards/backwards). TILT rocking mechanism

The backrest tilts backwards and forwards along with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control it with the lever on the right side; simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. When you want to stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in and the rocking will stop. The rocking tension, or rocking force, is adjusted according to your weight. Control this with the rotary knob under the seat. The backrest angle, between 90–135 degrees, is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. 90° for work, 135° for relaxation. Adjust the height according to your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor most of the time with your knees bent at an angle of 90–120 degrees. Control this with the lever on the right side.

Chair and seat height – press the lever down slightly

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the lower part of the individual arms intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the piston hole, after having activated it first. Mount the mechanism to the underside of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easy to handle, preferably on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests to the underside of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have tightened all the screws sufficiently. Done, you can now take a seat.
