You control them with buttons on the outer side of the armrests and then by the rests themselves. Adjust the height, angle up to 15°, and depth (forwards/backwards). TILT rocking mechanism

The backrest tilts backwards and forwards along with the seat. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. You control this with the lever on the right side; just pull it out to the side to activate the function. When you want to stop rocking, return to the basic sitting position. Push the right lever back in, and the rocking will stop. The rocking stiffness, or rocking force, is adjusted according to your weight. You can control this with the rotary knob under the seat. The backrest angle, ranging from 90–135 degrees, is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. 90° for work, 135° for relaxation. The height is adjusted according to your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor most of the time, with your knees bent at a 90–120 degree angle. This is controlled by the lever on the right side.

Chair and seat height – press the lever down slightly

Chair assembly:
After unpacking, insert the castors into the arms of the base (five holes in the lower part of the individual arms intended for the castors). Insert the piston into the piston hole, after having moved it around a bit first. Mount the mechanism onto the bottom of the seat (place the seat upside down to make it easier to handle, preferably on a mat or a table with a raised surface). Mount the armrests onto the bottom of the seat. Attach the backrest to the seat. Place the seat with the backrest and armrests onto the piston with the base and castors. Check that you have tightened all the screws sufficiently. Done, you can now take a seat.
