TILT rocking mechanism – tilt and height control
The rocking and tilt function lets the backrest and seat tilt backwards and forwards together. It can only be locked in the basic (upright) position. Control it with the lever on the right side (1); simply pull it out to the side to activate the function. The rocking tension, or the force of the rocking motion, is adjusted according to the user's weight. If the user is lighter, the tension is loosened; if they are heavier, it is tightened. This is controlled by the rotary knob under the seat (2). Adjust the height according to your height and leg length. Ideally, your feet should be flat on the floor for most of the time, with your knees bent at a 90–120 degree angle, to allow the lymphatic system to flow freely and prevent your legs from swelling. This is controlled by the lever on the right side (1).
Backrest recline up to 135 degrees
The 90–135 degree adjustment is controlled by a lever on the right side of the backrest, just like in a car seat. Some gaming chairs can recline to 180 degrees, but this is not recommended for safety reasons, as there is a risk of the user tipping over backwards with the chair. 90° is suitable for work, 135° for relaxation.
Benefits of rocking and tilting
The tilt and rock function is perfectly suited for sedentary jobs or any seated activity, allowing you to rest and relieve your back muscles. It provides a change in body position, thereby preventing stiffness in the spine and neck. Taking occasional breaks in a relaxed position helps with this. A moment of rest and body relaxation contributes to regeneration, health, and greater productivity.
Adjustable 1D armrests for arm support
Black plastic 1D armrests provide support for your arms. They are height-adjustable and have a soft surface. Adjust them using the button on the outside of the armrests by pulling them up or down.
Head and lumbar cushions
Removable cushions for maximum comfort, neck relaxation, and ergonomic spine support. The lumbar cushion can be adjusted to different heights by pulling on the straps. The headrest features a high-end gel layer with cooling particles that provide a cooling effect and ensure excellent air circulation and breathability, keeping you comfortable even on hot summer days.
