The off-line power topology supplies connected appliances with a real power of 330W and an apparent power of 550VA. At half load, corresponding to 165W, the unit provides power for 7 minutes. At a full load of 330W, the backup time is 1 minute. This is enough time to save all your work and correctly shut down the operating system and all applications. The high operating efficiency of 97% results in low self-consumption and heat generation, which contributes to a longer life for the internal components.
Battery management and protection features
Inside is a single 12V, 4.5Ah sealed lead-acid battery, which you can replace yourself if needed. The battery management system includes several important features. An automatic battery test regularly checks its condition and readiness. Deep discharge protection prevents irreversible damage to the battery. In addition, the cold start capability starts the UPS even without mains power, which is useful during a total blackout for powering a router or phone charger, for example.
Connectivity options
It offers four Type E output ports for connecting your appliances. Three French Type E sockets are fully battery-backed, while the fourth socket serves exclusively as surge protection for less critical devices. It uses a standard C14 port for the power input.
