The ECG FORZA 5200 Fuego contact grill allows you to grill meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes and paninis all year round. It offers 3 grilling modes, namely searing, grilling and BBQ, and 2 types of cooking plates. Use the ribbed plates to cook steaks, paninis and burgers, while the smooth plates are used for roasting vegetables, fish and seafood. The grill has two thermostats, which allow the temperature of the upper and lower plates to be set separately between 80 and 230 °C. You can easily regulate the temperature according to the type of food you are preparing.

The ECG FORZA 5200 Fuego contact grill allows 3 different positions. In browning mode, the top plate adjusts to the thickness of the food and you can choose whether to bake the food or leave space between the food and the plate. In the grilling position, the lower plate is used, the upper plate is fixed in an upright position. The grill mode is suitable for preparing food that requires one-sided grilling. In BBQ mode, the grill opens to 180°, creating a double grilling surface ideal for cooking more food.

The cooking plates of the ECG FORZA 5200 Fuego contact grill have a non-stick surface for easy cleaning. This is aided by a removable drip tray that catches excess grease.
