Power to fill a room
At the heart of the Edifier T5s is a large 8-inch transducer powered by a state-of-the-art Class-D amplifier. This combination delivers stable power of 70 W, that can easily sound a larger living room. Forget hollow thumps - the T5s produce the rich, detailed bass that characterises expensive audio systems. It's the difference between "watching TV" and "the movie experience".
Precise settings for your system
Each room and each pair of speakers requires a slightly different setup. The EDIFIER T5s gives you full control with the ability to adjust lowband pass-through and phase shift. In practice, this means that the subwoofer fits perfectly with your existing speakers, so the bass doesn't stand out, but forms a harmonious whole with them.
Honest workmanship in wooden design
With a subwoofer, design is key. Edifier T5s relies on massive 18mm fibreboard (MDF). This material is stiff enough to hold the massive air pressure inside the cabinet and prevent unpleasant vibrations from spoiling the clarity of the sound. The result is a solid and very accurate bass that does not tire the ears even with prolonged listening.
The EDIFIER T5s can be connected quite easily
Whether you have modern active speakers with subwoofer output or an older system, the EDIFIER T5s offers flexible connection options via RCA ports. You can plug it in as a direct bass source, or insert it between the sound source and your main speakers. Moreover, thanks to its slim vertical design and stylish grille, it will not be a distraction in the interior, but an elegant addition.
