Key features of the Elisa Almond mead liqueur

• A traditional, honest mead from Nivnice, Elisa has been produced according to an original family recipe since 1973
• It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a non-thermal process to preserve all the important substances of bee honey, and after fermentation it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars
• Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology, while a mixture of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable taste
• Refreshing in summer and warming in winter, the mead can be enjoyed chilled or warmed
• In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12–16°C
• In winter, warm the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50–60°C, ensuring it does not boil
• You can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm mead
