Cherry mead combines rich honey with the flavour of juicy cherries. Its delicious taste earned it a gold medal at the prestigious Great American IWC 2017 competition in New York. A traditional, honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been crafted to an original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances found in honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable flavour.
