The combination of honey and oriental spices gives this mead an interesting, slightly spicy flavour that deepens with every sip. Elisa chilli mead tastes best chilled. Traditional, honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been made to an original family recipe since 1973. It is produced from the finest Czech honey using a cold process to preserve all the important substances found in honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable taste.

- In winter, heat the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, ensuring it does not boil
- A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead
