Key features of Elisa Chilli mead

• A traditional, honest mead from Nivnice, Elisa has been produced according to an original family recipe since 1973
• Made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances in the honey, it is left to mature in deep, air-conditioned cellars after fermentation
• Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology, while a blend of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable flavour
• Refreshing in summer and warming in winter, the mead can be enjoyed chilled or heated
• In the summer months, it's wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12–16°C
• In winter, heat the mead in an uncovered pot to a maximum temperature of 50–60°C, ensuring it does not boil
• You can add a slice of lemon to both the cold and warm mead
