Key features of Elisa Originál medovina liqueur

• A traditional, honest mead from Nivnice, Elisa has been made according to an original family recipe since 1973
• It is made from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances of bee honey; after fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars
• Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology, while a mixture of herbs and spices gives the mead its unmistakable taste
• Refreshing in summer and warming in winter, this mead can be enjoyed either chilled or warmed
• In the summer months, it is wonderfully refreshing when served at a temperature of 12–16 degrees Celsius
• In winter, warm the mead in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius, ensuring it does not boil
• A slice of lemon can be added to both cold and warm mead
