The perfect combination of delicious honey flavour and the aroma of cinnamon. Our cinnamon mead is like a warm embrace, caressing you with the gentle aroma of cinnamon and the rich sweetness of honey. Traditional, honest mead from Nivnice. Elisa has been made to an original family recipe since 1973. It is produced from the finest Czech honeys using a cold process to preserve all the important substances found in honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep, air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the mead its unmistakable taste.
